Your saved journal reflections are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Only the text you submit when requesting a scripture message is sent to generate a response.

- To provide personalised scripture-based reflections in response to your journal entries
- To authenticate your account and secure your sessions
- To improve the Service and fix bugs
- To send transactional messages (e.g. OTP codes)
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:
- Twilio — sends OTP verification codes to your phone number
- Stripe — processes payments securely
- Google — provides OAuth sign-in (if you choose Google login)
- Google Gemini — generates scripture-based reflections (your journal text is sent to produce relevant verses and guidance)
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Journal reflections are stored on your device only and are not retained on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all communications, secure password hashing, and access controls on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
